I have been giving allot of thought lately about the culture of my Organization. Over the last 9 and a half years the Organization has grow every year. We have a great team, awesome clients, and some outstanding policies that keep us on the straight and narrow. It has been an exceptional 9 years by any standard. We are the best!
As we move into our 10th year our growth continues. Growth has brought on challenges with recruiting, scaling operations, and general team morale. Our DNA is all about helping our clients be successful in their Organization by leveraging Information Technology. This is the central belief which has propelled us and given continuous forward movement. We do not sacrifice quality! We do not sacrifice the client experience! We do not sacrifice knowledge and experience! We provide the Information Technology wisdom to keep out clients moving forward with today’s ever changing business and technical landscape.
I see cracks starting to form in the culture which has made us so successful. As all of the team members get more involved in the day-to-day operations of getting it done we have crowded out innovation. We move slower to accept change than we did a few years ago. As our client, team, and revenues grow our current culture of command and control is losing its ability to sustain the level of innovation needed to sustain an enthusiastic, energetic, forward-thinking, agile Organization.
I am embarking on a journey to transform the culture of an already unmistakably awesome company. As has happened in the past, mistakes will happen as risks are taken. My goal is to develop a sustainable model to create an innovated, agile, know-based company with enthusiastic, energetic team members.
